Idaho Entertainment

When you think of Idaho you think of Flashing lights, tons of people, parties every night, and much more right? Well thats exactly what it is...

Okay, so maybe a little more like this...
Now don't get me wrong, there is PLENTY to do here. But from time to time you find yourself on a major boredom streak. Today was one of those days.

To keep myself entertained today I played with Fiona and Elvis. Both proved very entertaining.

Today we realized that Elvis chases a laser light...yes this entertained me ALL day long. At one point I was making him go around in circles and I got him so dizzy when I switched directions he fell flat on his face! I sat in the house for hours making this poor dog chase this laser pointer around, it was HILARIOUS! Needless to say he is now passed out at my feet.

Now to the Fiona entertainment. I know kids come up with some pretty interesting things to say, but I seriously don't know where the kids in my family come up with some of this stuff!

Fiona has been entertained lately by watching The Lord of The Rings cartoons, evidence of this came about yesterday.

Fiona was playing around the house when all the sudden you could hear her little feet run down the hallway. Curious as to what she was doing J.P. went and checked on her. He found her with a little picture of Jesus, and when he tried to see what it was she pulled it away quickly saying "MY HOBBIT!"

Traveling with your Parents...

Traveling with your parents...? Let me give you a couple of pointers.
#1 Make sure your mother has removed ALL pocket knifes from her purse before you reach airport security.
#2 Remind your Dad that he probably shouldn't make immigration jokes in front of a REAL Mexican
#3 Never ride in a van with a woman that looks like Chris Farley...dad's not a good whisperer.
#4Don't take your mom to a restaurant where they only speak spanish and let her be the speaker for the group...poor waiter.
#5 Don't ever piss off an old Mexican grandma in a Toyota Camry...

I'm starting to wonder if anyone really reads my blog, since my updates are very spread out...so I think I will start posting really random things to see if anyone says anything...

Winter is the BESTEST!

Today was one of the best ski days ever! The weather was perfect the company was stellar, it was all around just a good day. We started the day out with setting up an Easter egg hunt for the little chitlins at snowbasin.








This was hectic, but very fun. We set it up in a little meadow outside the ski school. We set up wooden animals and all sorts of little gadgets for the kids. We also set up another Easter egg hunt up on one of the beginner runs. This was fun, cuz I got to snowboard around to hide the eggs.

After all the egg fun, we thought we would finish off the day with a few runs to practice our sweet jumping skills! This is me going off a cat track, this is my new favorite jump at Snowbasin, mostly because it makes me look good.









Brooke actually got alot higher than it looks in this picture. This was the funnest day! Thanks to Trevor he took some pretty awesome pictures that made us look good!

Looks like my list of things I like is longer than the things I don't like...lucky me.
